DON'T LOVE IT? RETURN IT FOR FREE.*

We are committed to our customers and the quality of Long Beach Shades. If you aren't satisfied with your sunglasses, we offer a 14 day hassle-free return period from the date of delivery. We'll even pay for the return shipping! Below you'll find the return instructions.

How to Start Your Return:

1. Fill out the return request form below.

2. After receiving your return request, we will provide you with an RMA number.

3. Package the item(s) you're returning. Make sure you write the RMA number on your package, and then send the package over to us.

Please note:

We provide prepaid shipping labels for damaged items only. The refund will include the price you paid for the products without the shipping charges.

Items must be returned in like-new condition to receive a full refund!

4. Once we get your package, we'll inspect it and issue you a refund.

Full Refunds

After your return has been processed it will typically take 2-5 days for the funds to shown on your bank statement.

Sale Items

Sunglasses sold at a discounted rate are not eligible for a return. 

Late Returns

Customers have 14 days to send back purchases made at longbeachshades.com. Returns postmarked after 14 days will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.

Prepaid Return Shipping Labels

Prepaid return labels may only be used once. The label is ONLY to be used to return the order it was created for. Returns MUST be sent back in the box they were received in. Any fees incurred from shipping the package back to us will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer exchanges. You can, however, return any qualifying order for a refund. 

Non-Qualifying Returns

Returns that show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, or alterations will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Lost or Damaged Returns

We are not responsible for lost/ damaged returns or packages. It is the customer's responsibility to follow all directions - if the package is sent back to you with postage due it is the customers responsibility. Long Beach Shades will not reimburse additional charges. 

False Claims

False claims regarding defective products will result in the product being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.

Defective Items

Defective items must be reported to customer service (support@longbeachshades.com) within 24 hours of delivery (before returning package) to ensure your refund is properly processed. 

Other

If you return over $50 in a 1 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you directly via email if you are no longer eligible for our general return policy. We will happily replace any product that doesn't arrive in new condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
